ShadyRider Ambassador Program — Terms & Conditions

- ELIGIBILITY
The ShadyRider Ambassador Program is open to anyone who has purchased
a ShadyRider product from www.theshadyrider.com. - THE REBATE
Ambassadors who complete the requirements below are eligible to receive
a one-time $40 CAD (Canadian customers) or $40 USD (US customers) rebate
per ambassador account. - VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the $40 rebate, your video must:
- Be publicly posted on a social media platform (YouTube, Instagram,
TikTok, Facebook, X, or similar) - Genuinely feature your ShadyRider product in use
- Be a minimum of 30 seconds in length
- Be submitted via the Ambassador portal within 60 days of your purchase date
- Remain publicly viewable for a minimum of 30 days after submission
- APPROVAL
All video submissions are reviewed by the ShadyRider team. Approval
is at ShadyRider’s sole discretion. Submissions may be declined if they
do not meet quality standards or program requirements. You may resubmit
a new video if your first submission is declined. - REBATE PAYMENT
Approved rebates are issued within 5 business days of approval via
PayPal (US customers) or Interac e-transfer (Canadian customers).
You must provide a valid PayPal account or Interac-enabled email address. - RETURNS
Ambassador program purchases are not eligible for returns after 7 days
from the delivery date, regardless of the standard return policy. - ONE REBATE PER CUSTOMER
The $40 rebate is limited to one per customer, per ambassador account. - PROGRAM CHANGES
ShadyRider reserves the right to modify or terminate the ambassador
program at any time. Existing approved rebates will be honoured. - COMING SOON
ShadyRider is developing an expanded ambassador rewards program where
ambassadors will earn ongoing credits for posts, videos, photos and
reviews. Details will be communicated to all registered ambassadors
